Stanford encourages staff, students, faculty, postdocs, and alumni to provide input on the university’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging goals by participating in one of several upcoming 90-minute virtual focus groups.
The IDEAL Learning Journey for staff is one of the many IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access in a Learning Environment) initiatives underway. The self-paced path includes interactive workshops and discussion groups and aims to create a workplace culture in which all members feel they belong.
