Zoom’s new accessibility features, including automatic and manual options for closed captioning, are easy to use and help everyone catch every word that’s spoken. In addition to benefiting those with hearing loss, these features may make it easier for participants who have an auditory processing disorder, prefer to read along to improve comprehension, or are participating from a place that requires audio to be turned off.
