Casper to deliver "State of the University" speech

The annual meeting of the Academic Council for 1997-98 is scheduled to start at 4:15 p.m. Thursday, October 16, in Kresge Auditorium.

President Gerhard Casper will deliver his annual "State of the University" address and last year's Senate chair, Michael Bratman, will present a Report of the Twenty-ninth Senate. All members of the university community are welcome to attend the meeting. SR
