Nominations sought for several campus awards

Nominations are now being sought for the Gores, Dinkelspiel and Cuthbertson awards, which honor recipients for high achievement in teaching, advising, professional activities and other services to the university. Faculty, staff and students are eligible.

Letters of nomination should be sent to the Subcommittee on University Honors, c/o Registrar's Office, Old Union Room 135, mail code 3005. Nominations for this year's awards will be accepted until April 2.

Cox Medal nominations

Nominations also are being sought for the Cox Medal for Faculty Excellence in Undergraduate Research, sponsored by Undergraduate Research Programs. For more information or to submit a nomination online, visit the web at http://teachawards.stanford.edu. Nomination letters also can be sent to Undergraduate Research Programs, Sweet Hall, 4th Floor, 590 Escondido Mall, mail code 3088. E-mail nominations should be sent to urp@vpue.stanford.edu. Nominations will be accepted until April 23.
