Take our daughters, sons to work volunteers needed

The WorkLife Office is looking for 50 or more volunteers to assist with events planned for "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day," scheduled from 7:45 a.m. to noon on Thursday, April 22. Volunteers are needed for shifts from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., 8:15 to 9:45 a.m., 9:15 to noon or (for really brave souls) 8 a.m. to noon, said Teresa Rasco, director of the WorkLife Office. Three hundred children, aged 10 to 15, are expected to participate. To sign up or for more information, call the WorkLife Office at 723-2660.
