Med
development takes CASE award
The Office of Medical Development took the silver medal in the
2004 Council for Advancement and Support of Education Circle of
Excellence Awards. The medal was awarded in the Individual
Development Publication category for "Leading the Way,"
development's annual donor report.
"Leading the Way" acknowledges donors who provide philanthropic
support to the School of Medicine and Stanford Hospital &
Clinics. The report provides details about contributors who have
given $5,000 or more and lists how their gifts were allocated.
The Circle of Excellence Awards are given to institutions that
motivate and inspire others in areas of alumni relations,
communications and development. This year, 216 entries were
submitted in that category.
The complete list of winners will be posted on the CASE Web site in
June.
